ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT AND DELETION

Account Deactivation

A user can request ExamRoom.AI to deactivate their account once testing is complete. The user can send an email request to datasecurity@examroom.ai, and the account will be marked as inactive in case the user needs to test again in the future.

Account Deletion

To request account deletion, please send an email to datasecurity@examroom.ai. The following information will be removed from the production server and transferred to the archive server in an encrypted format:

1. Personally Identifiable Information
   1. First name, last name, email, phone number, candidate photo, ID photo, and any profile-related information.
   2. Information provided to the omnichannel support team, including chat transcripts.
2. Reports
   1. Exam history
   2. Digitally recorded video of the exam session
   3. Chat conversations with Onboarding Agents and/or proctors
   4. Flags

Permanent Account Deletion

To request permanent account deletion, please send an email to datasecurity@examroom.ai. The following information will be permanently deleted from all servers and cannot be recovered under any circumstances:

1. Personally Identifiable Information
   1. First name, last name, email, phone number, candidate photo, ID photo, and any profile-related information.
